Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 10,000+ pin codes across India.
Serviceable Areas: We cover most Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities via our courier partners.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A nominal fee of ₹60 applies to orders below this value.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹10 may apply to all COD orders.
3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit Time:
Metros: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Remote Areas/North East: 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be impacted by public holidays, extreme weather, or regional restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email containing the tracking number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order.
Please ensure the mobile number provided is reachable.
If a COD order is refused at the doorstep twice, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your account in the future.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Damaged on Arrival: If the packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and mention the reason on the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. This is mandatory for us to process claims regarding missing items or physical damage during transit.
Reporting: Any issues must be reported to our support team at [Your Email] within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Non-Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can:
Reship the item (additional shipping charges may apply).
Issue a refund (excluding the original shipping/COD cost).
